What To Expect at the 2023 Crocker Park Wine Festival?

We’re very excited to host the 12th Annual Crocker Park Wine Festival presented by HealthSource Chiropractic of Avon on Friday, Sept 15 from 4-10pm and Saturday, Sept 16 from 2-10pm! Here’s a quick guide to help ensure you have the very best experience possible!

Getting Here
You should all know how to get here by now, right? If not, no judgement, we got you covered. Just head to crockerpark.com/faq for detailed directions no matter where you’re traveling from in Northeast Ohio and beyond.

Parking
You can also find more info on where to park on our FAQ page … although if you plan on drinking, please consider using a ride share or arranging a designated driver. With that in mind, Designated Driver tickets are available at the door for just $10 and they include 2 tickets for soft drinks or bottled water available at the main bar.

Admission
Entrance to the Wine Festival is at the south end of Center Circle at the intersection of Crocker Park Blvd and Main St in between Altar’d State and Anthropologie. Simply show the barcode from the ticket on your mobile phone to receive a wristband and enter. Contact-less tickets can be purchased on the day of the event. Scan one of the QR codes on-site to purchase and show the barcode on your phone to enter.

Each ticket includes a commemorative wine glass and 10 tasting tickets. Additional taste tickets are available in packs of 10 for $10 and available on site only. Full pour beer and wine options range from 4 to 6 taste tickets.

Drinks
Once inside, feel free to let your hair down and enjoy yourself! Our friendly volunteers will be pouring over 150 wines, beers, and spirits from right here in Greater Cleveland and all over the world. Simply present your tasting ticket, your glass, and enjoy!

Not the tasting type? No worries! A full pour bar is located near Center St right in the middle of all the action. Stop by to grab a beer, wine, or cocktail. Shout out to our awesome bar sponsor Westlake Plastic Surgery and drink sponsors Cutwater and Market District!

Food & Vendors
In addition to all the great drinks, we have a delish assortment of food available for purchase on-site, including Condado Tacos, Hot Chicken Takeover, Pasta Co-op, and Market District. If you’re looking for something a little more substantial, feel free to head to any one of the great restaurants across Crocker Park to grab a bite and return to the festival after. Just be sure to keep your wristband on.

We also have some amazing local pop-up shops to browse and buy while enjoying the festival. And be sure to stop by each of our sponsor booths to learn more about them, grab some swag, and say thanks for helping make it all happen.

Live Music
What would a party be without the music?! We have a great lineup of bands to spread the good vibes all day (and night) long! Stop by the Serpentini Chevrolet of Westlake stage at the south end of the festival at Main St and Market St to enjoy some live music. Full schedule below:

A Few Notes
The Wine Festival is pet friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends along. Just please be sure to clean up after them. Kids are also welcome free of charge. Just please be sure to clean up after them. Wink wink. Restrooms are located in the middle of the festival on Center St in between Talbots and Evereve.

Tickets On Sale Now For The 10th Anniversary Two-Day Event On Main Street To Benefit University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital

The Crocker Park Wine Festival Presented by Market District will commemorate 10 years as it kicks off the two-day event celebrating wine from around the world this September to benefit longtime partner, University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital. The event will be set up throughout the streets of Crocker Park and host over 150 local, national, and international wine producers as well as beer, spirits, local vendors, food vendors, casual seating, and live music. Attendees can enjoy tastings during the event and purchase their favorite wine choices at Market District in Crocker Park’s Promenade.

“The Crocker Park Wine Festival has become a staple event for us over the years, and we are thrilled to welcome it back and celebrate its 10th anniversary,” said Stacie Schmidt, Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Stark Enterprises. “This event truly has something for everyone; from wine, beer and spirit lovers, experience seekers, and those looking for a fun evening out…the tradition continues, and this is something you will not want to miss!”

The event will be located starting at Center Circle between Anthropologie and Altar’d State on Main Street to Gap and Banana Republic, where attendees can stroll and visit different wine vendors to ask questions, sample wine and learn more about various vineyards and producers. Additionally, beer & spirit tents will be available as well as live music and food offerings from several Crocker Park restaurants including Burntwood Tavern & Leo’s Italian Social.

The Crocker Park Wine Festival presented by Market District will open on Friday, September 17 from 4pm-10pm, and again Saturday, September 18, 2pm-10pm. Tickets are on sale through July 31 for early bird admission of $30 for a single day, and $50 for a weekend pass which both include a limited-edition wine glass and 10 tasting tickets per day. Designated driver tickets can be purchased on event day for $10, and full pour beer and wine options will be available and range from 4-6 tasting tickets. Admission ticket prices will increase August 1, so get your tickets NOW for the best deal.
