Welcome to the Crocker Park Wine Festival FAQs! Here, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about the Crocker Park Wine Festival — from ticket information and age requirements to parking and event details. If you’re planning to attend this year’s Wine Festival, this FAQ page will help you prepare and make the most of your visit.

Q: Where is Crocker Park located?

A: 189 Crocker Park Blvd, Westlake, OH 44145

Q: How much are tickets and what does that include?

A:

  • General Admission – includes glass and 10 taste tickets
    • $30 – Now through July 31
    • $35 – August 1 through September 17
    • $40 – Day of event (Friday, September 18 or Saturday, September 19)
  • Weekend Pass – includes glass and 10 taste tickets per day
    • $50 – Now through July 31
    • $55 – August 1 through September 17
    • $65 – Friday, September 18

Q: Do you have a Designated Driver ticket available for purchase?

A: $20 designated driver tickets available at the event only – Includes 2 tickets for soft drinks, bottled water or NA beer at the Full Pour bar. These are not available online in advance and must be purchased at the admission tent upon arrival.

*We encourage you to arrive early in case the event sells out!

Q: WILL I BE ABLE TO GET A DD TICKET IF THE EVENT SELLS OUT? 

A: Day-of ticket sales – including DD tickets – are not guaranteed. If the festival reaches sellout capacity, we cannot sell any additional tickets at the door. Only pre-purchased admission tickets will be honored once capacity is hit.

Q: Do you have any tips for those planning on being dd’s?

A: Arrive early! If you’re coming on Saturday, we strongly recommend arriving early to purchase your DD ticket before capacity is reached at the event. Saturday hours begin at 2:00PM.  A DD Ticket purchased earlier in the day is valid all day for re-entry with your wristband.

Q: DO YOU ALLOW E-VERSIONS OR ONLINE GOVERNMENT ID’S?

A: No, you must bring and present a valid, physical government-issued photo ID

Q: CAN I BUY TICKETS FROM ANY OTHER WEBSITE?

A: No. Please note that only tickets sold directly through the Crocker Park Wine Festival website are valid and allowed for entry into the event. Any tickets sold on the secondary market run the risk of not being valid or honored at the door for entry.

Q: Can I bring in my child who is under 21?

A: Yes. Guests aged 20 and under may enter only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with a paid adult admission. One adult admission covers entry for one guest under 21.

Q: Can tickets be purchased the day of the event?

A: Tickets to Wine Fest may be purchased at the gate, but we encourage you to purchase beforehand online at crockerparkwinefestival.com/tickets.

Contact-less tickets can be purchased on the day of the event at the gate by using your mobile device. Simply scan one of the QR codes on-site to purchase and show the barcode from your mobile phone for admission.

*Last year’s event sold out, so we encourage ordering your ticket early! 

Q: How many tastings are included with your ticket price?

A: Each ticket includes 10 tasting tickets and a souvenir wine glass. Additional tasting tickets are available on site in groups of 10 for $10.

Q: Are dogs allowed?

A: In past years we’ve welcomed dogs, but to better support the experience of all attendees, pets will not be permitted this year (service animals are always welcome). We appreciate your understanding as we make this change.

Q: Is the event rain or shine?

A: Yes, the event is rain or shine. There are no refunds for inclement weather.

Q: Where is parking located?

A: Free parking is available in all Crocker Park parking structures, including the American Greetings Garage at 217 American Blvd, Westlake, OH 44145, along with paid surface spaces parking and valet zones throughout the property.

If you are planning to drink and do not have a designated driver, we encourage you to use your favorite ride share company and use 189 Crocker Park Blvd, Westlake, OH 44145 as your pick-up location.

Q: Do you recommend that I make a dinner reservation on property at Crocker Park in advance?

A: Crocker Park Wine Festival will have small snacks and food options available for purchase from area restaurant vendors, but we do encourage you to dine on-site. Ticket holders are welcome to leave to eat and come back with their wristband. Visit CrockerPark.com/dine to check out all the various dining locations on property. The event does get very crowded both days, so we suggest reservations in advance to avoid wait times.

Q: Is my ticket tax deductable?

A: CPWF tickets are priced at fair market value and therefore are not tax deductible.
