Westlake, Ohio (June 4, 2018) – Plans are in place for the eighth annual Crocker Park Wine Festival, a benefit for University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital. Held Friday, September 14 from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday, September 15 from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., along South Main Street in the beautiful park-like setting of Crocker Park, the festival is expected to draw over 7,000 people.
Presented by Giant Eagle, the Crocker Park Wine Festival showcases over 150 wines from local, national and international producers as well as dozens of craft beers and spirits. Guests can sip and sample on site and learn about each wine from representatives and volunteers as well as enjoy live music from local bands including Funkology and Jump the Gun and delicious food from local restaurants.
Tickets are $25 when purchased by July 31, $30 from August 1 through September 13 and $35 the day of the event. Weekend passes are also available and all tickets include 10 tastings and a souvenir wine glass each day. Additional tastings are $1 each at the event. Designated driver tickets are available on site for $10 each and include two non-alcoholic drink tickets. Wines, craft beers and spirits sampled at the festival are also available for purchase at your local Giant Eagle stores post festival.
